By accessing the BTT website or registering for any race, you agree to these Terms & Conditions under the legal governance of Saudi Tasabuq Co. Ltd. (CR 4030269481).

2. Eligibility

• Open to all fitness levels and age groups
• Minors require guardian consent
• BTT may refuse or cancel registrations violating policies

3. Registration & Payments

• All payments are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) or in case of business partners, it may be in US Dollars (USD)
• Processed via secure, approved gateways
• Registrations are generally non-refundable unless required by law
• Category changes depend on availability
• Participants must provide accurate information

4. Health & Safety

By registering, you acknowledge:

• You are physically fit to participate
• You accept the inherent risks of running or cycling
• You will follow event instructions and safety rules
• BTT may disqualify unsafe or non-compliant participants

5. Event Modifications & Cancellations

Events may change or be cancelled due to:

• Weather conditions
• Venue restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Government regulations

BTT may provide alternative dates, credits, or partial refunds when legally required.

6. Timing & Results

• Managed by certified timing providers
• Official results are published publicly
• Personalized medals may include timing data

7. Media Rights

By attending, you grant BTT the right to:

• Film and photograph your participation
• Use event footage in media, marketing, and recap videos
• Share UGC tagged with official hashtags

Requests for removal may be submitted and will be reviewed.

8. Conduct & Rules

Participants must not:

• Engage in unsafe behavior
• Use unauthorized vehicles
• Bring prohibited items
• Violate Saudi public decency or event rules

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Saudi law:

• BTT is not responsible for injuries caused by participant negligence
• Participants assume personal responsibility for fitness and safety
• BTT is not liable for lost or damaged belongings

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
